I highly recommend Keifer Family Orthodontics. Dr. Keifer and her entire team are amazing. They are kind and welcoming, it is impossible not to be comfortable from the moment you enter. Their waiting room is designed to keep all age groups occupied and their office runs smoothly and is very organized. Dr. Keifer and her staff are super knowledgeable, and extremely willing to help with any questions you have about your care. They all give 110% when it comes to your treatment and explain in detail in a way that not only parents understand but the children understand as well. It is very easy to make appointments, and the wait time for your appointment is very short. They do their best to get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as they can, best of all my kids never fear or get upset when they have an appointment, they actually look forward to going. The staff is always upbeat, and they go above and beyond to show they care, even when unexpected long term medical events happened they sent care packages of positivity to help get my kid through very difficult times. I can not thank Dr. Keifer and her staff enough for everything they have done. They are truly more than just the orth

We are beyond grateful for the care and expertise we received from Dr. Kiefer and the entire team. From our very first consultation, we felt heard, informed, and completely at ease. Dr. Kiefer took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan clearly and thoroughly, which made such a difference in our confidence and comfort. The office is welcoming, organized, and always runs efficiently — something I truly appreciate as a busy mom. Every visit has been positive, and the staff is consistently kind, patient, and encouraging. What stands out most is the genuine care and attention to detail. The results have been amazing, but even more important is how supported and respected we’ve felt throughout the process. You can tell this is a practice that truly values both excellent outcomes and patient relationships.

Thank you so much to the team at kiefer family orthodontics. Going years not completely happy with my smile, to being completely in love with my smile is a game changer. I was treated with empathy during difficult times, embraced and motivated this was more than just a dental service for me. Next up my wife is coming in to begin her journey to the perfect smile. I couldn’t be more appreciative to the work this staff all put into helping me smile back at me when I look in the mirror today.
